Renew ghost nerfed or the fuck just happened?

Hai, i just noticed something really really weird on my 70 disc preist. I normally pull around 1,1-1,3k normal renew tick..but all of a sudden it droped down to 950 what is that?

It happened right after i swiched to a better leg enchant and switched 15 haste on my cloak out with 35 spell pene, and i really dont how it could affect my healing in ANY negative way? Ghost nerf or what the fuck is going on?

Are you sure you or the targets didn't have MS debuff up? Since it was buffed to 25% healing reduction from 10%. If you didn't, then I can't really help you.

No debuff of any kind... i got an other 70 preist with gear and gemming and enchants just as mine to throw me a renew..and he healed for 70 more than me, despite the fact that he only has 5 more spellpower than me....

I was getting madder and madder ,coz why the fuck didnt it heal what it was supposed too?

I then activated my old disc spec and then....my jaw dropped. I was flabbergasted...Renew now healed what it should...but how? Why?? It took me 5 mins to figure out while switching back and forth between the old and the new spec...Suddenly as i clicked on ´´Glyphes´´...It became appearent that i didnt have enough hands needed for the facepalm i was about to do....................
