There are a total of 6 craftable weapons that have procs and can be increased to iLvl 100, two of which are one handed (probably ok in off hand for specs like Outlaw rogue?) while the other four are two-handed (there's a 5th but the proc is bugged and shows as 0 second duration)
Phantom Blade: This at iLvl 50 does the same damage as a Nyolatha one-hander, but reduces targets armor by 171 (according to wowHead). No stats. This is fine as an off-hander to cause procs and increase damage by main handed attacks such as sinister strike. Probably the most likely to be usable by 50 twinks.
All of the damage proc items seem to be bugged on wowhead, so I can't give a good opinion of them.
Dark Iron Pulverizer: A level 50 2-hander that... stuns for 8 seconds on hit. Wow. Throw that on a Fury Warrior and damn seems to have good potential. Whether or not a rare 8 second stun is worth losing stats is up to tuning.
