Regarding Feral druids and haste

If you are a feral druid, is there any time in which there is no point in stacking haste considering that every point should drop your att speed by some amount. If I were to do an all haste set, I could potentially hsve 45+ haste at lvl 10 which we all know would translate to well over 100% haste.Do the decreases on att speed increase exponentially to where you will never have a 0.01 or 0.0 att speed and 5 points of haste could result in only a .1 change in att speed or is it defined linealy to where you could have a 0.0 att speed?Just wondering cause I would like to know if It would really be best in that case to have 35 or 45 haste. Sorry if it was a bit hard to follow

Haste will continue to effect your auto attacks, but you are still stuck with the fact that you can't use special faster than your GCD.

It would take 250% haste to be able to use Mangle without cooldown, which - correct me if I am wrong - cannot be reached passively. So this would only be an issue during Lifeblood or something.

Every ability that druids have triggers the global cool down. there is no getting around it. maybe what you are thinking is generating enough energy in a second never to have to deal with a loss of energy ever, in which case it would be the 250% haste. in which case, with lifeblood, you would need 42 haste to reach the 250%. which is rather easily obtainable. In fact, If I put my glove enchant on right now, I would have 41 haste in all dps gear. So to get 42 you would need to trade off a little agility for one of the other cloth/int helms.
