Reaves Module: Wormhole Generator Mode obtainable?

Hello, looking in the unlearned recipes list for my engineering profession, I saw this nifty module that we can add onto Reaves. A quick search onto wowhead for info, and it looks to be obtainable ( basically you need to fish in Broken Isles as an engineer and there is a chance the schematic will drop) and also usable at level 20...Does anyone have ever tried to obtain it? If yes, how long did it took?

The recipe is fishable and learnable, and I took less than an hour farming easily accessible barracuda pools around the Suramar ocean. I haven't bothered to resub to get the brimstone to know if it works after you craft it, though.

Nice find. Will have to fish it up myself. Hopefully there isn’t any hidden level requirement like some other Engineering Teleports
