Realm Changes in the Future?

Yo guys,

Taken a break from wow for a while and then returned for classic obvs.

Didn't really have any intentions of twinking if i'm completely honest, but after speaking to Tohtz - i'm defo going to be focusing on it.

Thing is, i've bought loads of twink items on Golemagg - where i currently am, do you think that Blizzard will allow realm changes in the Future? Paid ones as i can't see it being a free xfer as of yet.

Correct... Blizzard™ was literally offering free transfers from Golemagg to the newest EU-realm Dragonfang just a few days ago.

I'd imagine that they'd eventually make paid-transfers available... but given the amount of lip-service that they've been giving to "Realm Identity" concerns, it probably won't happen for quite a while.

Hopefully they'll see the monetary value in allowing realm transfers a little further down the line. No news of it aside from the free transfers from high pop servers atm.

I dunno man. I bet any future transfers stay free and they pass them out as the player base starts to shrink.

if classic remains popular
they will prolly monetize transfers

they already said in that AMA they did before launch that paid xfers are probably going to happen once the majority of remaining players start nearing 60
