I don't really see how you guys think 100k is realistic when that is literally $10 and fangs are now harder to come by than they were in WoD with how scaling works now.

500k. 150-200k on some random realm (factoring in transfer cost and effort). This is also for a level 19 item level 24 version, which is grandfathered. I would not pay anything others would think is “fair” for a non- GFd item level 23 version.

well I ask because maybe about two months ago i bought two howling blades with IL 25 and just looked at them today and they're IL 23. I haven't been that active enough to know if there was a patch run changing the IL's.

That is correct. To my knowledge, the damage, proc, and agi are identical between the item level 23 and 24 variants- but you never know what will happen in the future. You can always farm the ilvl 23 ones, but there is a finite number of the ilvl 24 fangs.
