You should at least log in. It will be automaticly added to your mount list, if it doesnt, try creating a death knight.

Just to be clear, is it one bike for both factions or one for each, and do I need to log into a Horde char to get the other one in other words is it two different choppers in the mounts tab?

You only get the Horde one now, the alliance chopper will come later on as an added or store mount

alliance dont get the bike, you buy it for 100k
