Is it possible to get Razzeric's Racing Grips from without leveling to 30, you need to be level 29 in order to be eligible for it according to Wowhead?

As long as you kill all mobs while dead it's easily doable to get the rifle and grips.

just tag mobs and let someone else kill them for u not in your group. i just made my 29 hunter.... got gun and didn't even ding 29, had like 4 bars to spare. razzericks at 29 no rested XP i got 6 bars, same method even though most of xp is turn ins.

Just an FYI, the gun and gloves combo puts you in a tight spot pet-wise. If you want more than one level 29 pet it could be tight to have more than one at full loyalty, let alone all 3. If you just need one, no issue at all, 2 puts you past 1/2 way.

And the rested XP thing is definitely a downer, your pets don't get the bonus. Do it before getting much to be safe.

edit- and that's tagging while out of group and having someone else finish everything. Grouping with a 60 is more XP.
