Rated Battlegrounds for 70s.

How popular is rated bgs for 70s? I saw a 70 mage in my server with High Warlord title and it only took him 5 days from Grunt to High Warlord. He also has Vicious War Wolf from winning 75 rated bgs.

This got me interested because I like the High Warlord title and Vicious War Wolf mount. It seems pretty easy to get both at this bracket lol. I'm not really sure if rated bgs are still going strong atm for 70s? If so, which server/guild is the best for 70s?
