9,5/10 i would go for shoulders and pants from t13. 410ilvl ones with good secondary stats. Or windwool shoulders 415ilvl of the shark with 325mastery and 216crit. Really nice twink. Finally a lock with rathrak not staff :)
The legend staff is nice also but does not worth farming. Doublemaking proc is too low.
 
Care to elaborate? Ive got tunnelvision from stareing at it, Makes it harder to see what needs improving.

Thanks! il definetly look into it and FYI i do use staff i recently just switched for cosmetic reasons
