Well I received Defias Chest from GM but I was reported later on by a dumbfuck on TI (had it comming though sharing it with butthurts lol) so it's not completely impossible.

sometimes idk if the gm just an idiot or simply uneducated about such items. is the character that you got it on an old enough character to be able to have loot it back in the day? also, how many tried did it take? that's pretty cool though, I wonder what tricks of the trade there are to trick gms, or come up with a story that's impossible for them to defy because not enough evidence. maybe the gm just has to take your word for it, who knows?

hmm, nice. I was convinced by Dabbozs that it was a 0% chance to convince a gm in live chat. the character creation date must have been a big factor.
