2 dmg scope farmed in gnomer, armor kits, professions

on a side note these are alliance characters, ur kind isnt welcome around here, 19, 20-24 aka the biggest brackets are staffed and ran by horde only players.

to put it mildlly, nobody respects u for posting alliance character in this bracket. Horde ftw, alliance is gay

Simply pointed out the flaws, your characters are close to perfect except for the things mentioned above.

so 9/10 on the first
9.5 /10 on the 2nd.

Yeah I know truth stings I just wanted to let you know the horde thing has been established on the forums over a year 1/2 ago or so.Just to keep you updated with the latest news

This is ludicrous, wrong and inacceptable. Infraction. Twinkinfo is for all players, not for a faction.
 
It's too bad, the scarlet tabard is getting un-GFed in a future patch
The developers have informed us the Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade will be added back as a rare drop to the Scarlet dungeons in a future patch.

They raised the level requirement for Scarlet Halls to 21 though, so it'll still be GF'ed for F2P (assuming F2P is still at 20 whenever they get around to adding the tabard back).
 
Your characters are practically BiS. Not much can be added.

I'd just get Medium Armor Kits on both chars. It's an annoyingly long and boring grind but needed if you wanna be BiS.

I'd personally use Inherited Mark of Tyranny on the shaman, instead of the trinket from Ashenvale. The 8 resilience and boost of health every 2 minutes is gonna help you a lot more than 4 stamina and a little hit.

On the hunter, I'd use one of the heirloom weapons. Even though the agility on them is lower, the base damage is higher which will help improve your DPS. (I could be wrong, though. This is just what I've heard.)

And I'd also go for Herbalism and Alchemy on both characters (after you've finished leatherworking and enchanting). Working on potions is a great way to pass away the time in Alliance queues and the buffs can be game changing.

Plus there's the stuff you already mentioned. Characters are perfect otherwise. Good luck!

Now in serious note, Hunter:
U miss:
Standard Scope
Medium Armor Kit for boots,legs,gloves.
Ring of Precision instead of Ello´s Band
Foreman´s Gloves or nagas is up to you.

Now this is my personal opnion, u have 2options:
Use:
Black Wolf Bracers, Cobrahn´s Boots, Smelting Pants
OR
Standard Issue Prisoner Shoes, Aluwyn's Legguards, Bands of Serra´kis.

Now it looms scaling in bg: loomed bow or gun will probably be BiS. not sure, havent tested yet.

Survival Spec is more for bursting, i would recomend BM.

And like Brokenbeast said u should use Inherited Mark of Tyranny and also The Blessed Hammer of Grace, 51.87% resilience... which scale in bg. (dunno numbers in bg)

Talent, even knowing Stone Bulwark Totem was buffed its still pretty easy to destroy, i would recommend Nature's Guardian.
