Hi!

I would like to get some feedback on my rogue.

- I know that Night Elf is better than Gnome (this is a TBC-era toon).
- I know that 2xEllo's is BIS.
- I know that Thrall's gift is better than my current bracers.

With the new wardrobe system I might be able to equip 2xEllo's and Thrall's gift. But we'll see how it turns out and what will turn out to be BIS then.

Look s goo just get a blackened defias belt. Besides that and 2x argas and thralls gift looks good

I have checked pitterpatter's guide previousely.

Defias boots vs Lynx: It says that the stats are identical. The actual stats are significantly better in favour of Lynx, but I guess the recommendation takes BG scaling in consideration.

It really annoys me that it is impossible to assess the stats of an item when it comes to BG; a great item could be really bad, and a bad item could be BIS. Just because of some scaling which does not show in any UI. I guess one has to rely on minmaxing math or observations to really know. Not that Blizz ever really wanted to support twinking in any way :).

Also: Blackened defias legging is better than the Shadowcraft legs it seems, even though the best enchant cannot be applied to Defias. I should buy the shadowleather enchantment and use them instead then right?

Also: Oops, I meant of course that 2xArgas is BIS (not 2xEllo's). And atm I have one Ello's and one Argas. I should of course use Protectors instead of Ello's.

In conclusion, I should use one item set for BGs, and a different one for world pvp. The world pvp-set should focus on actual stats, i.e. the Shadowcraft leggings being better than the Blackened defias leggings in world pvp, but the other way around in BGs. Also, perhaps focus a bit more on crit than one would in WSG as ToT should be higher in world pvp than in BGs where a 19 rogue ambush is expected and countered quickly with slows.
