2x Shadowfang (5 agi)
Gloomshroud (9 agi 6 crit 4 stam)
Gloves of the fang (7 agi 5 stam)
Blackened Defias Belt (7 agi 5 stam)
Meadow Ring of Agility (if you wont faction change for 2nd argas) (5 agi)
Glowing Lizardscale Cloak (6 agi 2 stam)

Get those are you are BiS :)

EDIT: Cutthroat Band - Item - World of Warcraft should also scale to 5 agi aswell but I didn't test it
 
Not sure what Defias Boots scale in 19 bracket, but might be worth getting a pair to go with the Defias belt for a little extra armor. Assuming you have the gold/money to acquire all the BiS.

Rogues do not get any armor from the defias set since we are not tank spec (I can confirm since I do have defias boots on my rogue). But if you get belt + boots + legs (for max agi set) you do get +5 arcane resist which can resist polys
