Well............ You gear, as stated is BIS, and is almost ok for a f2p twink, (except get herbalism up to 75, you CAN go to 225 on a paid acct *94 haste- just from memory, but I think that's pretty close*
At this point, I want to mention, that F2P accounts are put into the xp off bracket. So you will be playing vs full account twinks.
Next, if you play subt, and have paid for your license, you may as well go all out, and keep paying. For subt you don't care much about how much armor you have, so those +16 armor enchant are a total waste and worse than useless, +15 agil on gloves, will do you much better. for a paid acct, get a toon to 90 and get exalted with the aldor (shoulder inscription)

I'm going to be brutally honest here, for a subt rogue, with a paid account, your enchants pretty much all suck gas. No offence meant here. Remember, subt does most damage from stealth, so you want to be in stealth as much as possible, meaning you want to kill your target ASAP and not stand toe to toe (combat goes toe to toe). What you ideally want to do, is stack enough agility, attack power, and crit (and a little hit) so that you can one shot (or 3 shot if you are fast and you should be fast) anything you target.
I've leveled 9 subt rogues. 1 to 90 pve one to 90 pvp, 5 0r 6 I think to 85 (guild achieve-stay classy) and one I am currently twinking. So I actually do have a decent idea about subt.
I feel a bit bad for being such a buzz kill, but I will make you this offer, if you want to reroll on misha-rexxar (has to be on a paid acct though) I'll help you get set up again. If you decide to do that, send me a mail in game to garregish-misha that is my main, so I usually go on a few times a day.
I'm not sure how going from F2P to Paid works, if you can go back to F2P or not, but that would sure be an advantage to paying for 1 month, getting your gear and enchants, and then going back to F2P.
Here's mine... I am still chasing BIS gear though. I still need a couple more items. (lol so don't tell me I need bis, I know that already)
