Looks pretty good, if you want to stack even more str go brilliant necklace and thorbias gauntlets. Not too crazy about the tab with that mog tho :O
Also look into swiftness potions

If you want to DPS 9.5/10 cause u need also AGM, as a tank you need a better ring and other BoA's . As a tank===> 8/10 .

Actually he's very well hitcapped, not sure what ur on about

Eyepatch is 8
Bracers is 2

That's 10
Hitcap for all spells is 15. But seeing as he is human and using sword he gets extra expertise so he only need 13.
13-10 = 3
He is missing 3 hit rating for cap.

All classes except rogues needs spell cap.

Edit:
This is for inside bgs though.
Though he isn't capped outside anyways.
