I've just started twinking and was looking for some guidance. Am I along the right track with my gear and enchants?

Pre Patch next week. 24 is now irrelevant aim for 29

You may get some decent scaling from 24 to 29. I don't believe there is any advantage going to level 29, just level 28. Unless you are into PvE, world PvP and dueling.
