Great toon! Only thing you need is 'Lucky Fishing Hat' (and obviously MTB, but you have them.)

Perfect gear for a Frost Mage with the Rune and the Trinket. Great looking Transmog as well, the Shimmering set looks so cool on Nelf!

What's your plan when you equip MTB and LFH - you'll lose 6 hit

May need to switch then to pvp staff and maybe pick up skinning to make up some lost crit;

or keep hovel's equipped and get LFH. Plenty of options - have fun - nice looking toon.
