ashen gloves with 15 agility
justice points shoulders with aldor/scryers inscription
ench cape with pvp power/parachute cloak with pvp power
temple's vest with 4+stats if you're hit capped
bangalash's claw with ds
8 agility jc ring
BoA honor trinket
18ap/9agility bracers from gnomer
9agility gnomer rings
 
I don't see too much gear at all, hard to r8 it m8

This is just max ap combat build, as assa you might want to change a few pieces to get more crit rating, and get dual daggers with ele force :) For sub, probably dual dagger with dancing steel. Oh, and bracers chant isn't bis, theres a 7agi one for sub and 19ap one if you want max AP. GL with your rogue!

As other people said it's hard to rate when you have no gear on :p But at least get Ring of Precision and Arena Grand Master

He can't get Ashen, Bangalash, JC ring, Gnomer ring nor bracers or Temple's vest at level 20...
