This is just max ap combat build, as assa you might want to change a few pieces to get more crit rating, and get dual daggers with ele force For sub, probably dual dagger with dancing steel. Oh, and bracers chant isn't bis, theres a 7agi one for sub and 19ap one if you want max AP. GL with your rogue!

As other people said it's hard to rate when you have no gear on But at least get Ring of Precision and Arena Grand Master

He can't get Ashen, Bangalash, JC ring, Gnomer ring nor bracers or Temple's vest at level 20...
