I swore i posted it on the rate-a-twink section, but i guess i messed up. Is there a moderator that can move it?
try to get Ello's Band - Item - World of Warcraft and the trinket first off. would take you like 10-15 mins.
then get Naga Battle Gloves - Item - World of Warcraft, +5 agil +5 stam +5 crit belt, and the +4 agil +4 crit +4 stam cape
get armour kits and enchants after all that
theeeen you will be pretty close to BiS

Welp, being I started gearing yesterday, i dont think my twink is garbage, and i feel i'm closer than 4 out of 16. Enchants are simple to obtain with leatherworking / ench beign maxed momentarily, and shoulders are being replaced as we speak.
