An alternative to the rare
Feet of the Lynx would be the
Spidersilk Boots which can be crafted by a tailor. You gain 3 stamina at the expense of 27 armor and 8 agility. I figure that one stam = 10 armor, so that part is practically a wash, but the
Feet of the Lynx are superior due to the 8 agility which translates into +18 attack power.
You will also benefit from having two pairs of boots. Get the
Standard Issue Prisoner Shoes with the
Enchant Boots - Boar's Speed enchant for when you're running across the field, then switch to your Feet of the Lynx with the
Heavy Borean Armor Kit for when you're standing on cap. I have a speed set and a stam set in my toolbar, the only difference being the boots.
Regarding trinkets, I think you'll probably be better with a
Inherited Mark of Tyranny instead of a second AGM. You'll have a normal health just north of 4K. When you pop the Mark of Tyranny, it will enhance your health by 15%, adding 600 health to you for 15 seconds. I find that when I'm running Ninjapreeze, if I pop
Arena Grand Master, Mark of Tyranny,
Fortifying Brew, and
Alliance Battle Standard, my health zooms up to 6K give or take. Perhaps save that 2nd AGM for when your mark of Tyranny is on CD, which will give you +12 stam at the expense of +8 resil, and that's definitely a good trade. Make sure that in combat once every 6 seconds you throw a
Blackout Kick so that you can benefit from
Shuffle, increasing your parry chance by 20% and your
Stagger amount by an additional 20% for 6 sec.
Spy-Mistress' Necklace would give you 2 more stam at the cost of 3 agi, and I'd say that that is a good trade if you feel like going Horde for a while to do that quest.
Amulet of Shrill Screams would give you one stam at the cost of 3 agi. Whether that's really better overall than the
Sentinel's Medallion comes down to playstyle. Personally, I would not make that trade.
I find that I stay in the
Stagger about 99% of the time since it allows me to
Dizzying Haze like a mad man and benefit from the defensive bonuses.
I think that you're almost BIS.

You may also want to develop a DPS set. You'll never be a top DPS, but with about 2750 health, 510 attack power, and excellent CC, you'll will make yourself felt when you clash them midfield, especially if you coordinate your attacks with a hunter or other ranged DPS teammate. And your
Tiger's Lust will save your teammates more times than you can shake a stick at. The rogues like it since they themselves lost Sprint last year. The healers like it since it allows them to escape from rogues. A successful Brewmaster is a team player, so you must have your team panel up on the left side of your screen at all times.
