Fully enchanted/gemmed for maximum dps
Spec is my own... adjusted the suggested 70 spec a little for one that fit me better and it works VERY well for me currently.

throw in 1 +25 spell pen gem in there
get cloak of unforgivable sin
some people would argue that berserking > mongoose but that's totally up to you
Greater Agility to gloves(you lose 4 AP for a lot of crit)
skyshatter gridle/greaves w/ +16 agi to feet
replace bloodstone band with Band of the Eternal Champion
Reforge your helm to expertise
+AP/+Crit to shoulder enchantment
