I'd probably roll something more like Riptides @ Bleeding Hollow - Community - World of Warcraft
With ghamoos belt and defending and cc break trinkets. For sure axe the black widow band; although cool its not worth it.

Well balanced stamina build... I like it. 171sp over 165 of Riptide's. without using intellect trinket, minus around 100hp.. If i miss anything important to this such as scaling stats gear etc.. Please correct me. 
If i was to have the same gear priest though i would go with full versatility enchants. Casting faster is crucial but also the + 14% around damage and healing is also great.
