Rate my bis rogue and his mog !

I would say double ToV is better for the higher base damage. 2.00 speed is pretty sick for off'-hand also :>
 
Really nice! I'm curious of that shoulder inscript...seems to be good!
Just get minor speed on boots and greater assault on bracer and peerless stats on chest.

ToV/BvB is the way to go :)
 
double Tov could be good i guess but i'm liking the fast OH also if i need to get double Tov it means i have to get the rare lvl 11 version since its unique
