8/10. You're missing a couple peices, and you have no spell penetration. Get the Hunter/shaman socket legs and Agi cloack from Sunwell. Brutal gloves as well. You are also (imho) wrongly gemmed. Get the 21 agi 3% increased crit meta, and head for around 500 resi. Search on WoWhead for some spell pen peices, and get the enchant on the cloak. Its crucial that you get that because if not, people will resist your purges and earthbinds. Talents are good, and if you are good with your skills as a shaman, you're just missing some gear peices.

took me 10 tries to get the damn legs, 11 to get the FWs (they dropped in the same run, funny eh?)
It takes persistence, but dont give up. Get your guild on your 85 to come with ya on runs. 7 or 8 well geared 85s who know what to do will bodybag 1 shot every boss.
