I haven't gotten around to getting my Versatility Ring Enchants but everything else is mostly there from what it was in MoP. I may need updating. I know neck is a tank neck i used it for Vers enchant till i can afford the Agility one.

I am going to assume that he still thinks that the gear scales better... like I did. I ended up leveling my 21 to 29.

But... maybe he has another reason.

Kind of made it with a friend when it was scaled to 25. I just assumed to keep it here since most stats scale evenly anyway.

In a bracket full of druids, pots and speed enchants you gonne end up wishing you had sprint, trust me im an engineer.

If i had the money to afford BiS Enchants and gear again i would. But i have no main on Windrunner now.
