The new enchants from WoD for certain you need. Gift of Multistrike (neck/back/ring) might be the choice but I'm no rogue expert.
Black Wolf Bracers from SFK, and possibly cobhran's boots from WC (quest), and use I think Clefthide leg armor and greater inscription of tiger fang. I could be way off.

First off, this post is 7 years old. But i would change my trinket. Since it gives str. Put on medalluon and ghost iron dragonling. Change all your gems to 2 agi 2 stam. Or atleast 3 agi. Farm for a better weapon and try for atal dazar for socket ring. And do all bfa rares to try and get socket procs from weapon/rings and all that.
