Frostrole @ Aerie Peak - Game Guide - World of Warcraft here is my mage i play all specs , play frost for arenas and i want to know if ihave to go for 2 intellects trinkets , no luck with LFH and haste cloack yet

Rune is pretty much BiS for arenas because of the spell pen (even if you have double agm) and for the other trinket slot I'd go with the int trinket. Other than that there's nothing to really work on besides hat.

Ghamoo-Ra's Bind - Item - World of Warcraft Firebelcher - Item - World of Warcraft and I think early frost is better than piercing ice because deadvulcano said so.

I assume you also have a ghamoo-ra's to switch around with. I'd second what everyone else said with haste cloak / firebelcher / lfh
As for arena trinkets, i would go int trinket / agm and then switch out for int trinket / rune of perfection when fighting blood elves or if its a very serious game.

But I agree, early frost is better once you're geared.
