Rammstein's lightning bolts/sulthraze?

Does the damage from these scale off of anything or is it a flat rate that can't be changed? I've seen videos of people doing more than the tooltips and I just got them on my 59 dk and it seems to be the flat rate

got no images that i can post to prove it, but for some time fire and nature damage were scaling with enchants like sunfire . idk if it's still working.

My average hit from my last bg was ~400. Max crit: 818

Mine crits about 1.5k in battlegrounds. The dot ticks for around 180.

Funny because I don't think it has an internal cooldown. When playing fury I'm sure I used rampage and had around 3 procs.

Oh so satisfying when you get it to proc on heroic throw too - 1.6k crit on a druid fc zooming away in travel form? yes please.

THe luck is real, i've got it on a 59 dk which i've not played much but it didnt seem to proc very often

I find that at the end of a full bg it will account for around 5-10% of my total damage.
