Rake Stun, unintended below 32?

I found a wowhead tooltip that suggests Rake is not intended to stun below 32. So perhaps it was an oversight to give them this ability in this bracket; which would make sense because Rogue does not have Cheap Shot.

Please bump Rake Stun below level 32 - Forums - World of Warcraft to get clarification on this, as well as help me tell end-gamers to pound sand.

Perhaps, but I'm not going thru every vestigial spell trying to cherry pick them. This is the current, live version of the Rake Stun.

I just replied that this IS INDEED the version that is currently live within the game. You can test it with addons.

That's the primary spell itself, but not the secondary mechanic that fires when the Druid is stealthed. That secondary mechanic is the one I'm bringing to attention. It only fires when stealthed, and looks like it is intended only for 32+

How would you know? Are you a developer?

gj u found an used version of a spell on wowhead. not like there r thousands of those floating around
Moonfire - Spell - World of Warcraft i think blizzard forgot to implement this version of moonfire. lets bring it to their attention

thats actually level 100 talent moonfire for feral druids.

anyway, there's a lot of tooltip errors in game atm anyway so I doubt anything comes of this, though it would be nice to take something away from ferals
