Raine's Revenge actual bonus?

After weeks of seeing nothing in auction houses, the following appeared on AHs on different servers:

Raine's Signet of Blasting:

ilvl 87, req lvl 74: 11int/20stam/9crit
ilvl 100, req lvl 80: 13int/23stam/10crit

Raine's Choker of Combustion:

ilvl 91, req lvl 76: 11int/17stam/9crit/8haste
ilvl 100, req lvl 76: 12int/18stam/9crit/8haste

What's weird is that the set bonus ("Raine's Revenge") scales depending on which character I have looking at it:

57 int @79
48 int @69
39 int @59
17 int @29

Wowhead says the set bonus is only 10 int regardless of ilvl, which is how the Desolation set works. Does anyone have the Raine's set, and could tell us the real set bonus?

it simply means .. if your lvl69 buy it and use it .. it gives you 48 int .. but if you are gonna use your lvl79 character to buy it and use it, the int you get is 57 .. it is normal

many things in wowhead is screwed after BFA came out .. they didnt update, and for some they cant update cos wowhead does not have the figures translation

If the numbers for the set bonus are true, this will be far and away the best neck/ring combo for 79 casters. None on my AH to test though, and I've learned to not trust too good to be true tooltips . Testing needed indeed.

The epic scaleing system was fun and interesting to find out but the rare one seems a bit weird. Anyway, there’s a 70 pally who has the lower level set and he says it doesn’t barely grant any int the last I talked to him, he told me it definately didn’t give the socket bonuses amount of loot.

That was my next question, if the set scaled down to 70.

Too bad the set doesn't work. Tested on original ilvl pieces on a 79 lock.

I recommend using the submit bug feature to get this fixed

some of the figures you see directly on items in AH can be misleading .. for example if you see Opal Necklace of Impact on AH it gives you a big fat beautiful value .. but when you equip it, you dont see any increase in your weapon dmg .. so you might want to take note of that .. there are quite a number of items that are having these issues

Given how Legacy sets are supposed to all be disabled completely, the only thing this'll make happen is getting the bonus removed. You're better off keeping quiet and hoping they fuck up some integers in the future that make one of the still functioning sets strong.
