Buff still available on release candidate 5.04 (16010)
Blizzards prepatch for Mists of Pandaria will be here in a few days. When blizzard added raid buffs to test dummies they left a little gift for twinks as well.
I used this gift to solo the first boss of sfk on a level 21* mage.

Most of the raid buffs are temporary. However, the"well fed" buff is reused from existing food buffs already in the game. The temporary buffs are immediately removed when you change zones, but the "well fed" buff remains.
This "well fed" buff currently gives +90 stamina, and +90 to your main stat. In short, it's overpowered. This buff does not persist through death, which adds a serious issue to the already wildly changing battlegrounds in this upcoming patch.
Teams that enter battlegrounds with this buff will have a huge advantage, but even if both sides have the buff there will be serious consequences. If one team gets wiped near the beginning of a match, they will play the remainder with a large disadvantage.
This imbalance will likely increase the number of people that will /afk out of losing matches wherever this "well fed" buff is prevalent.
Blizzard is still rushing to complete this patch by the time Guild Wars 2 releases on the 28th of August. This "problem" will probably not be fixed before the patch goes live.
Pick the buff up yourself in Shattrath, and get your hearth stone set there before the patch!
Pandas will be the ultimate twink race, with +180 stamina, +180 primary stat, if this goes live

Theoretically this new raid test dummy is "only for beta", but it is still live on the "Release Candidate" build on the PTR
