i guess it's a good news for f2p? lvl24 use to have the buff all the time, since you could get it really easily in the Caverns of Time and it was also really cheap.

Halaa is a much more viable alternative for f2p anyways, just so long as you're the type that knows how to make friends.

thats absolutely gr8 news, most of 24s are too lazy to move their @#$# to haala for 3 bottles of HW, so in general the patch means some net +300-400hp to me (the hp I/we got + buff hp they lost)

looks like rumsey rum dark is the way to go for 24s. Non BoP, unlimited quantities..limited supply and hard to find. I just withdrew 11 of them from my guild bank(the guy who put it in didnt know its value) and put it on the AH for double what I used to put each rumsey (2g) so 4 g each. So 44g.. They sold within approx 6 minutes

I have also seen a few 24s use the 6 stam food.

the problem of the food is that you have to sit for 15 seconds (or 10?), so it's really less used, ; it's mostly used at the start of the BG or when defending.

Rumsey Rum Black Label were insta used when respawning (without loosing any time)

Halaani Whiskey - Item - World of Warcraft Binds when picked up, 3 max, you have to go to nagrand ; the other rums has to be fished, so yeah rums won't be used that much now.

lvl24 used to send a high level to the caverns of time, fill their whole inventory and have rums 100% of the time for their toons.

so you can buy them in the AH yes, but you won't have an unlimited supplies as before,
and in the long term it can become quite expensive

Halaani Whiskey is far better for those that have not got the Rumsey Rum Dark on AH or cannot be bothered to farm it themselves whereas you can just sit in Nagrand and restock with your Halaani Whiskey after each Battleground.
