I assure you they do not care. Ive gotten more than a couple compliments from GMs and statements like "enjoy twinking!" and they even have a whole special customer service tree for "my game time ended but I cant pvp"

I have never ever received the message "enjoy twinking" from a GM without it being sarcastic . It's always after they turn down my request. I got my fair share of schmuck GM's, but also a few good at least.

Behold! My issue has been semi-solved. They put me back to 20. However they locked my xp. so now i wont be able to do the soul purpose anyway. but atleast now it's level 20 again !

Pro tip, never run out of game time WHILE PLAYING and have it kick you from the game. EXIT the game application completely before your game time expires. Do not just get booted and quickly log back in. Stay out of the WoW app. until AFTER you know time is up. Make sure you completely sever all connection with Blizzard servers BEFORE game time expires. I’ve noticed most players who experience the leveling issue played until their game time ran out and never properly severed the connection to the Blizzard server so it could internally reset your experience gaining status correctly. The one time I got booted and logged back in without severing the connection, I leveled to 21. I was playing five minutes after my game time expired recently. I did not level doing it the way I specified above is why.
