Finish all the quests at Nozzlepots Outpost until you get to the questchain.
I did it this way. Don't know if you can skip any. But its just a total of 26 quest.

Return to Samophlanger - Quest - World of Warcraft (Final questline for the gloves)
Got all of this from wowhead comments, might have missed something but I've always been able to get these gloves by reading quest comments a bit. Hopefully I linked every quest correctly, good luck getting the gloves. If you can't seem to pick up some of these quests despite talking to the right NPC in the right place, might want to pick up other quests nearby and finish them and see if that helps.

Pretty sure there are prequisite quests before you can start pick up 'Return to Samophlanger'. At least I remember the first time I did this chain, I was running trying to find the quest giver for that quest for quite a while before I read comments that there are more quests you need to complete before you can pick this one up. Of course I might remember wrong but I'm pretty sure
EDIT: Yup just checked it and there definitely are prequisite quests, see last page for my post

Yes the one you said on your post. But it's trash compare to that questline because like 1 min spend on it.

True that but might aswell make sure OP knows that those have to be done aswell, after all he asked which are the exact quests you need for those gloves

The prequest to return the samophlanger is samophlanger, which I'm 90% sure comes off the same NPC.

The prequests happen in a different place, and 'Return to Samophlanger' questgiver gives no quests at all before those prequests are completed.
