Questions regarding the 80 bracket.

Hey,

A question i've had is this - I haven't got money at the minute to buy cataclysm,

I can't buy it for a while and was wondering, I know BIS gear is 80+ Dungeon gear, but would it be possible to play well with say - some BOE's and wrathful, I know it isn't preferred but could that work? Or would I have to buy cataclysm to play competitively.

Would probably only work if you're a class that doesn't rely on mastery. Since well, you'll have basically none.

Do this, and farm all the gear you could possibly need from the dungeons/quests.

I've already used the trial on my 70 twinks for engineering, any idea what the respawn timer is on it? Or any alternative ways?
