Questions on Veteran Account

Hey guys, so I recently thought about making my starter edition into a veteran account. I'm tired of being the underdog in the bracket and always getting my ass kicked in bgs. And everyone I know is a vet so why not me? Right now I have the battle chest only, and I plan to use it in the future. I want to know a few things on upgrading, gold grinding, etc. I'll list a few questions.

How do you pay for your subscription?

What is the best way to earn money to buy guild heirlooms?

What is the fastest way to level up?

How do I know what to put in the ah and at what prices?

How fast is to to get to exalted in a guild?

How do I make 30k gold to buy wow tokens?


Please any advice is appreciated.

Easiest way to level a 90 is to make a DK and just slap Ur f2p looms on it... It shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to reach 90. For fast gold u could farm battle pets and some battle pet related item that I can't remember

1. WoW Token or Buy just 1 month.
2. Buy Gold, Sell battle pets, or farm rare boes/trasmog boes and put on AH
3. Get enough heirlooms for Heirloom mount. Level via questing until lvl 15. Then do random dungeons until desired level.
4. Go with the flow. If everyone else is doing it. do it at that price too.
5. You can gear more than half way to exalted by just leveling. so it's fairly easy and fast.

1. WoW Token only. It's annoying to grind 50k (EU), but it's doable.
2. Starting out, battle pets. Pick up Mining + crafting / Mining/Alchemy with transmute specialty. Around 250-275g/rare bar adds up rather quickly.
3. Roll something you like playing and start from there. If you like playing the class, you are more motivated to spend more time with it and hence, level faster. Or- roll monk, spec tank/healer at 30. Random dungeons pop like Horde WSG mop ques. Dungeon+questing works best.
4. Look at the AH on your realm and see what you want to sell, then charge a bit less than the competition.
5. Every quest awards 125 rep with guild, inc. "go to x person" breadcrumbs. It goes rather fast.
6. Battle pets + Mining/alch is a steady stream of income. Or Mining/engi later on for burstier gold gain.

I have a question, can you acquire Guild reputation once your account becomes of veteran status? or does the reputation bar lock itself.

Also another question, with a Guild tabard, can I farm Guild reputation by running dungeons? This seems to be the easiest way to get exalted with the main faction's by using their tabards in dungeons.

Guild reputation is solely gained by completing quests or by doing dungeons with a guild group (3+)

You can gain required honor quickly by just doing the quests. Don't forget, there are guild tabards that increase your rep gained by completing quests.

There are many many ways to make gold.
The fastest and most efficient way to post items is with tradeskillmaster. It is an addon not for the faint hearted. I post 1500-2000 items daily with it.
Power word gold is a nice site for all your gold making ideas. You can find some ways to find some good tips there for lowbies I am sure.
