Question: Shattered Sun Rep for level 20 (F2P) ?

Been thinking about this for a while now. I wonder if there's even 1 NPC that could be killed repeatedly to gain Rep. Maybe something that skipped phasing or could be pulled (out) to a waiting low(er) Level Twink and killed.

Also, Alchemist Stone isn't really all that good of a Trinket unless you just NEED that +40% Potion effect every 5 minutes.

iirc there is a non-level sword you could also obtain if there was a way of getting rep.
