Question regarding the Shattered Sun Offensive Necklaces.

I got the https://www.wowhead.com/item=34678/shattered-sun-pendant-of-acumen - I'm exalted with the Scryers but it does not proc power of the arcane... Did i made a mistake by choosing the Scryers instead of Aldor ?

You can swap faction again via leveling your rep by doing quests, its fine

Thanks for the reply - I'm hated with Aldor so no quests will change that time to reroll lol

Are those quest not available if you hated?

Unfortunatly the quest is not available at 29 (Thanks tho)

i recently did this for a higher than 30 toon,, but all of these quests require 15 on wowhead.

doesn't scryer send a bolt out as its proc? does it proc and if so, how much dmg does it do? i've been curious to know as it might be better for bursty classes.

I can tell you nothing proc when you're exalted with the scryers...
