Question about WOD stuff - are conqueror's tributes/the bones still obtainable?

title. Need the bones for the tributes, tributes give gear. this is the gladiator hall for your garrison. Wondering if this is doable on a 20.

Yes, you can obtain bones from Ashran. Also you can upgrade your gladiator hall to lvl 2.

Thanks., Any idea if you need to be a certain level(or your target) for you to be able to get bones in WOD regions? Ashran seems like its going to be impossible to get to pop

On EU Epic BGs tend to pop from time to time, of course since now it's the anniversary and classic AV is on, it does not pop. But I believe after that, Epic BGs will pop once again.

All you need is a honor kills, then you'll get a bones as a personal loot after each one.

I actually just spent an hour trying this. Killing a 20 on a 20 yields no honorable kill either while flagged or in war mode, therefore no bones drop currently(unless someone wants to let me kill their level 40+ for science). My guess is this is bugged but it means that the only way to do this is through ashran atm. Again if anyone wants to test this lmk, with their 20 or otherwise.

Also, encountered a weird bug while in warmode where a level 40+ on the other faction was 'friendly' until they flagged themselves. Wish i took the screenshot.
