EU+US Question about mail-box for veterans!

Greetings everyone!
I just completed the achievment "Higher learning" on my veteran account. I thought the toy would get direcly to your toybox but instead you recieve it through mail. My question to you guys is, does mail from completing achievments disapear after 30 days or will it stay there forever?

30 days iirc. Ask a GM to retrieve it for you or get gametime.

It will disappear after 30 days. Typically if you ask a GM to retrieve it, they'll tell you that the only solution is to get gametime.

So what you'll want to do is actually wait the 30 days, let it disappear, THEN contact a GM about giving it to you. Something like "hey, i have this achievement but was unable to get the reward" oughta work. They'll send it to you via mail but since its GM mail, you'll be able to open it and receive your prize.

I got it on my f2p without talking to a GM.
Iirc if you talk to Rhonin in Dalaran, he can get you the toy for free if you've the achiev

I note the Rhonin in Dalaran option above.

For anyone else wanting options or to know how it may work, I asked a GM about this when it happened to me & they said they would need to give me a day of game time to access my mail, which they did.

Great, except I only found out a few hours before the gametime ended when I logged on the next day.

Just beware - it can go either way. Knowledge is power.
