Question about lvl10 twink tank

Hey guys, I was creeping in this community for last few days trying to figure out out how to make a twink for leveling. I settled on a Brew monk and got few pieces then I saw a post saying MW would work better. I would like to try it but need ideas for wep other than hellscreams and Jordan. Also is haste>crit for MW? Thank you. Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I hope it is.

For your questions, if you don't have access to Hellscreams weapons or Staff of Jordan, the Best choice is Scepter of Naralex (little questline in Southern Barrens) with a ilvl 15 Off-Hand socket (if you don't want to farm one, you can get one from the Priestess in Atal'Dazar). for your 2nd question, Haste is 100% better than Crit.
