Question about hit in MoP

I'm pretty sure I heard shamans will be gaining hit from spirit come MoP. Are there any other classes that this pertains to as well? Im mainly asking for my mage in the working

yes, and i think babyboomies too.
I wouldn't recommend an ele shaman to waste their points on converting only a third of their additional spirit to hit, as reverberation (or wachamacallitz) does a better job for a shorter wind shear cd. Wait til MoP when all additional spirit will be hit. more gear chances. Sucks druids and shadow priests won't benefit from that too.

Elemental Shaman doesnt need hit <3 : Elemental Percision: Grants Hit equal to any Spirit gained from Items or effects.
And yes Mage need 6%.
