That's pretty accurate... "Replay Rewards" aren't intended to be BiS for twinks, they're simply something "appropriate" for a deficient gear-slot. So, yeah... definitely Level 1s, but even Level 19-20s might appreciate a Cloth helm or an Int/Vers trinket (or perhaps just more transmog appearances).

just a theory, I was talking to @Tinytony about it, if you re-rolled till u got a epic upgrade of https://www.wowhead.com/item=27403/stillpine-stinger and got https://www.wowhead.com/item=34484/old-ironjaw from https://www.wowhead.com/item=168016/hyper-compressed-ocean would be BIS, max int and get a 2nd attack,
any1 re-rollin a 1 to see how many epics u can get on it also?

got both trinkets and rings, last bit was my wrists, all done now
What would need to be done to make a level 1 armory? not a page like wow armory but just sum sort of link to a SS of your toon or sumthing along them lines?
Maybe people that want in could make a 10sec+ utube vid showin toon, I would put links under class's?

Started a rogue yesterday and only got 1 trinket and 2 daggers. Seems like every third quest I’ll get a chest. Is it just the human starting area that you can do? Heard something mentioned about being able to quest further, but when I got to goldshire with sync on there were no quests avail

You can do all draenei quests, night elf quests and dwarf quests aswell

was jus wondering how that hyper-compressed-ocean would work for a level one, I haven't played in a while and looking into it... don't you need fishing to fish from it? also, why would anyone be anything but a goblin hunter it jus seems like a waste of time sitting there casting when you can instant shoot and rocket on cooldown plus the bonus haste. although AGMs are only obtainable at level 30 now so it's even more of a what do you think you're doing kid moment. also I'm wondering if anyone has the Recipes for stormchops and the captain rumsey lager or fortune cookies like I do on my level 1. Draenor cooking currently at 75 atm. ( I don't goto the darkmoon faire too much anymore okay! ) unfortunately I couldn't get the recipe for delicious chcocolate cake because I ran out of badges lmao.

You don't need a fishing skill to use the Hyper-Compressed Ocean, but your fishing skill does affect drop rates. This makes catching Ironjaw or Crafty at LVL1 around 20 times harder than normal.
That's a tragedy. I was gonna go for that in a week or so when BC timewalking comes up. Got 1000 badges to blow, it's the last recipe I need before I get the "Chef de Cuisine" achievement.

how'd you get your timewalking badges? I got mine from the 12th anniversary letter and I only had 200. I know you could send some in the mail if you refunded a BoA timewalking reward but I'm not sure you can get timewalking badges that way anymore, how high is your cooking too btw. also don't forget if you have that many timewalking badges too you can get the fishing bag for a blue fishing pole on your level one, I couldn't get that cause the damn cake but I did get stormchops and the captain rumseys so that was good considering I only had 200 badges right haha. I'm able to get chef de cusine right now if I join a guild that has the broiled dragon feast and the seafood one from the guild vendor. I might wait though too cause I'm also waiting for MoP timewalking to roll around again to get the two recipes from the tillers vendor for being exalted. there's also the recipes from the ancient guo lai cache keys I haven't gotten around to farming yet cause my server is so under populated it's crazy so I need another account.
I should have gotten the chocolate cookie and the feathered lure instead of the recipe for the fortune cookies too but mistakes were made I only had 7 epicurean badges and I wanted to make fortune cookies for some reason haha.
also something to note is the fancy darkmoon feast, sugar encrusted feast and the lemon herb fillet all give different versatility amounts, I used the herb fillet in the pic and am missing the darkmoon elixir but I was able to reach 6.18% increased damage and healing and 3.07% damage reduction at 18 versatility but with the fillet it registers 19 but I have less as seen in the picture.

I've been getting them from anniversary events for a few years now, so they've just added up.
I didn't think you could get the keys on level 1s because of new loot rules. Let me know if you can confirm if it's possible or not. Would love to go pick those up.

yeah I wasn't sure you could anymore either but I haven't looked in a while tbh I don't really play too much anymore so I've missed a few anniversary's and years of going to the darkmoon faire to level my cooking up. I'm probably gonna miss this years too and I can't do anything about that. kind of sucks but it is what it is right. still though! only level 1 in the world with Draenor cooking ? what's yours at again?

Pretty sure there are a bunch of 1s with Draenor cooking, I've only got Pandaria up to 50/75.

Got epic boots last night from night elf zone, still need to do Draenei and dwarf zones and hope for maybe 1-2 more epics.
considering hosting a lvl 1 guild on stormrage and have certain day and time that everyone gets on, and I sit in starting area on my mage, to give people 10g and port you to stormwind (and a cracked radiax when my mobile guild bank is off cooldown, I have over 150 of them). This way we can really maximize rerolls for the epic pieces we need. And ofc open world events to come later with everyone being on same realm. As well as funds for those who have promising toons

I'm rolling a mage since cloth wearers have the best odds of getting epic proc. If I don't get at least 2 epics in the Daenei starting zone, one of them being boots, I re-roll. I've made a spreadsheet of all the quests and route for the 3 starting zones to get all items that can proc epic for a level one. I also have a trial warlock and 2 randoms in the warroom to summon my level 1 at start. There are 2 weapons in the gnome starting zone that can proc epic (Death Star and Virbo knife) but they don't have any stats.

indeed clothiers get more quests that provide green gear, they fall short in the field with missing a lot of spells and not having nearly as much survival as a melee class. Just a heads up, not sure if you tried much higher level mob pve yet
