I am having trouble doing these quest chains. I can't figure out what the prerequisites to get the actual quests are. PLEASE HELP.

Look at ALL CATA GEAR (new items and granfathered) - By Jarex (twink source) for any gear that looks appealing to you. Otherwise look up other shamans, I know Purj is one of the few elemental shamans left in this bracket.

Stillwater's is obnoxious. Just do all the quests in that area until you start the quest to help the bitch ass little blood elf, and the undead guy, then I think it's phased and will take you right to the end quest. You know you're on the right track if you get to the quest with the Sludge caked throwing knives quest.
