Do you know some quality of life items available to us at lvl 20?
I know some, and I was curious if there are more that I don't know about.

cushions (4 different ones) were in winterfest gift boxes 9 years ago, now they are sellable on AH, there is always a chance someone will list one ah AH.

if you are into underwater exploration https://www.wowhead.com/item=19979/hook-of-the-master-angler is BIS, one of the five prizes from placing in the top 50 on sundays STV contest.

for fishing QOL i would start the MOP daily fishing grind https://www.wowhead.com/npc=63721/nat-pagle which results in more items than the WOTLK pole. get cooking to 100 and do dailiy fishing quest at a main city and old dalaran to get chances at two +13 poles, fishing hat, and https://www.wowhead.com/item=34834/recipe-captain-rumseys-lager (recipe can also come from schools/wreckage etc)

the goblin gilder is a huge QOL. making a garrison and having a eng hut, these can be made without being a engineer

if you actually played WOD check your toys. you may have https://www.wowhead.com/item=119093/avianas-feather using this and at top popping a glider makes this toy work like it originally did in WOD

That's doable even without addon, need just to set the "quick interact" keybind, and increase the radius of interaction to the max, and it's one button fishing :ezW:
