boa ring? wow, gl with that man, but for hit rating you should get capped with bracer and cloak, get spidersilk and acquisition bracers, you may lose a bit crit but overall its the best, and instead of merger's boots you get conspirator's slippers and enchant em with minor speed.

I have them both atm as I'm a troll, but I don't want to run with +7 hit when I only need 5 as a draenei. It's basically minor speed vs 3 crit (uninsured bracers) and the extra stats given by the BoA cloak (I don't have them at hand as I'm on my phone). Thanks for the replies regarding 22 int and 30 SP though, I'll try and get 22 int asap.

I was wondering the same thing. I think it's worth noting though that if you spec into precision yoi can hit cap through spirit with vitality, 4 stats, BoA helm, and seal of wrynn 10+4+4+3 = 21 spirit = 7 hit rating. You sacrifice 0 crit, 4 haste, 1 stam and 2 int. Unless the .5 sec off of windshear is really that important. Haven't bothered updating my shammy cause I don't wanna pay for another faction change.

Because 4 haste is useless, its not even 0.1 seconds off LB, its not even half that... I'd rather take 90 armor and some spirit over a useless shaman stat.
