Alright . ill start with a character link Rimjøb @ Trollbane - Game - World of Warcraft



thats my new ele shami twink .

i plan on getting agm . and proffs maxed out . is there anything stupid ive done with tallent spec or sumthing like that . ?



also i plan on running with hit rating elixir so i dont have to stack hit
 
Well if you are rolling with hit pots, then you don't need Elemental Precision. Grab Reverberation, its much more DPS from shocks and more utility with wind shear.



I chose 3/3 Acuity, because I see 1% more crit being more DPS than 2% more damage on spells.
 
Looks pretty good. If you're planning on using hit pots, then that point in Precision is useless, change it to Reverberation. It especially helps with wind shear, a 5.5 sec CD interrupt off the GCD is fucking amazing.

Nice gloves, first person I've seen with them. Looks like you're crit stacking; consider wearing the bandit satchel belt, 5 stam and 5 crit is really nice. Get JP shoulders obviously. Everything else looks good though, have fun! :)

is it realy worth it to use the bandit satchel ?
 
hey, i cant understand why anyone would roll with +4 stats on an ele shaman. the only benifit i can see is +4 SP and a negligible amount of spell crit, as you will never oom as an ele and if ur meleeing ur basically screwed anyway. Its a choice between 60 hp or 4 spell power... i would take the health everytime.

tnx :) well im jsut trying out diffrent combos at the time, but i gotta say 2h enhance is pretty good, i may lose some dps because i cant do lavalash, but the dmg is still sick, critting upto 8-900 with primal strike crit + auto attack hit, so ye, kinda awesome :)

I agree. Especially as Ele Shammy's main role is that of general utility. Purging, shearing and TS on D. Where that extra health means more than some SP and crit. What do people think of +30 SP or +22 int on wep? Also, as I'll eventually be going Draenei, would it make more sense for me to simply enchant my boots with +5 hit?

u don't wan't to loose out on the 8% speed imo, although this divides many twinks i reckon it is a must have. as a Draenei the best way for u to hit cap is with spidersilk drape and the BoA ring. means losing out a bit of crit though :(

boa ring? wow, gl with that man, but for hit rating you should get capped with bracer and cloak, get spidersilk and acquisition bracers, you may lose a bit crit but overall its the best, and instead of merger's boots you get conspirator's slippers and enchant em with minor speed.

BoA ring is BIS ^^ but a huge pain in the ass :)

i believe the only situation in which it is viable for anybody to get 30 sp these days is arcane mages?
