  • I'm new to ten twinking, still gearing my Ret. I have heard about the 40hit pyrium wep chain on BoAs? Is this an old exploit or even just a myth? Thanks for any responses!

This is a newly discovered enchantment that works on BoA Weapons. It requires YOU to have a high level character to apply the enchantment to the weapon. For PvP, this isn't all that special. But for PvE, this opens up many doors.

I srsly don't understand this for pve. I am hit capped (and like srsbsns hit capped 0.00%) with my helm, mail belt and boot enchant on my warr. I think it adds up to 10 hit rating, which gives me 0.00% miss chance... having the extra 30 hit rating just seems useless? i might be wrong, but id rather have my 15 str on my Well Crafted Sword instead of switching it to the chain on a BoA weap and getting like a +7 stam/str on boots...

Can anyone explain the benefits if im completely off?

As he said, its main use is for PvE where higher hit makes you able to kill higher lvl mobs easier. It's not that great for pvp.

You are not even close to hit cap. My warrior is at 30.49% hit in his Hit rating set, and I still miss A LOT against lvl 60+ NPCs. I can only imagine how much you would be missing as a dual-wielder.

Let me say it like this:

Even if you get your expertise rating to 58, High lvl NPCs will still dodge/parry your attacks due to being lvl 10.

But w/ my hit set on i get up to the 0.00%... i dont get how you can go further than missing 0.00% times. Having 10, or 50 wouldnt change anything as it both gets you to 0.00%, or is there hidden percentages?

there are hidden percentages. Those Hit rating caps are specifically designed for endgame PvE/PvP, not for lvl 10s.
